Abstract

This paper presents a case study on using Google AI Studio to vibe code a medium-complexity software application by a non-programmer who, moreover, needs it in another language than English. We prove that, on one hand, almost anybody can successfully vibe code, not only developers, even if you do not speak or understand English, and, on the other, that although such a top AI product can build a reasonable approximation of a fine database software application, vibe coding still needs thorough testing of it, as, even if the initial specification documentation is crystal clear and almost exhaustive, the resulting app may exhibit bugs and not that intelligent development decisions.
