Abstract
Infertility has become an increasingly prevalent global health concern, with a growing number of individuals and couples experiencing difficulties with conception. According to the World Health Organization (WHO, 2024), approximately one in six adults worldwide will encounter infertility at some point in their lifetime. This rising trend is influenced by a complex interplay of factors, including exposure to environmental toxicants, lifestyle choices, and underlying medical conditions. In response, many individuals are turning toward natural and traditional interventions that emphasize whole-body and preventative care. Holistic approaches that support hormonal balance, reduce toxic burden, and enhance overall physiological resilience are increasingly recognized as valuable strategies for promoting reproductive health and fertility.
The white paper focuses on how one can use natural and traditional approaches to fertility in contemporary life to attain better outcomes of reproductive life. These include nutrition, detoxification, stress treatment, herbal medicine, and lifestyle changes, which are all programmed towards improving the overall health, hormones, and reproductive performance.
